How is my order packed?

- Pizza Packing:
Each pizza is individually quick frozen, placed on oven safe baking trays and then vacuum sealed to preserved freshness. Pizzas may thaw in transit, but they 100% can go back in the freezer OR if you plan on eating them the next day or 2, you can store them in your fridge. If you plan to wait, they easily store in your freezer. They are very sleek!

Shipping:
We ship Sunday through Wednesday. Thursday is an option, however you would need to select the additional 1-day expedited shipping at checkout. All orders placed before 12pm EST on viable shippings days, will ship same day. All orders placed after this time will ship on the next shipping day.

Delivery times:
Once shipped, all orders arrive within 2 business days or maybe even less! We also offer 1-day expedited shipping at checkout. Tracking number(s) will be sent to you as well so you can follow your order.

Shipping restrictions:
Currently, we are only shipping to the continental United States. Sorry, NO P.O BOXES!

What is Flytalian’s Return Policy?
All purchases are final sale. If a food item arrives damaged or spoiled, email our customer support team info@flytalian.com and our team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
